Apprenticeship delivery

Delivering an apprenticeship means hiring an apprentice, establishing funding and providing training to comply with an approved apprenticeship standard and assessment plan. With decades of experience, CCCT has a reputation for training excellence that has enhanced the workplace for a broad range of trades and professions.

Innovative and creative training

CCCT in partnership with our founding colleges, Westminster Kingsway College and City and Islington College, is one of the largest further education organisations in London. We will work with you to design and deliver a suite of training that is flexible and focused within your workplace. Our professional educators have the industry knowledge to target skills that will add value to your organisation. We have worked with hundreds of businesses and trained thousands of apprentices and last year alone, we recruited more than 1,300 apprentices for employers.

A fully managed apprenticeship service

CCCT provides a dedicated fully managed apprenticeship service, free of charge for employers. Your business needs are at the heart of all our training programmes. We design our apprenticeships to support your corporate objectives and instil a sustainable talent strategy for your future business plans.

All our training is quality assured for qualifications from industry certification through to degree level. CCCT will manage your training programme and keep your apprentice on target to achieve all learning outcomes and performance milestones. Our skills coaches offer continued support to ensure that apprentices are motivated and committed until completion of the programme. We also arrange assessment through a combination of workplace observation, work portfolios, mentor statements, evidence and exams.

Compliant with standards and funding

To be eligible for funded training, your apprenticeship programme must meet an industry-approved apprenticeship standard and assessment plan. There are hundreds of existing standards to choose from. All our trainers and assessors have hands-on industry experience in their specialty areas and will help you choose the right standard to suit your business sector.

CCCT has placed apprentices with high-profile organisations like Channel 4, Transport for London, and The Department for Work & Pensions, helping to implement long-term and sustainable apprenticeship training programmes. Many of our apprentices are award-winning and some, such as our Hospitality and Chef apprenticeships, are world renowned. Our successful track record means you can be confident that your apprenticeship meets all applicable eligibility requirements.

As your partner and key contact for the duration of the training programme, we will ensure that your apprenticeship is on track, rewarding and sustainable for the future of your enterprise.

Let us help you deliver an outstanding apprenticeship.
